Ingredients to make Aloo Keema:
- 12 kg ground beef
- 250 gms. peeled and diced potatoes
- two tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 6 teaspoons whole black pepper (Kali Mirch)
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 cardamom, black
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin (Zeera) seeds
- 1 teaspoon powdered coriander (Dhaniya)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 4 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 12 teaspoon garam masala powder
How to make Aloo Keema Recipe?
- Chop the onion and cook it in oil until light brown.
- Cook on medium heat until the water has almost completely evaporated.Add the minced meat mix and dry the water again.
- Add 2 glasses of water, cover, and cook until the meat is tender and the water has evaporated.
- Add the potatoes and cook until they are soft.
