  1. 12 kg ground beef
  2. 250 gms. peeled and diced potatoes
  3. two tomatoes
  4. 1 onion
  5. 6 tablespoons oil
  6. 6 teaspoons whole black pepper (Kali Mirch)
  7. 6 garlic cloves
  8. 1 cardamom, black
  9. 1/4 teaspoon cumin (Zeera) seeds
  10. 1 teaspoon powdered coriander (Dhaniya)
  11. 1 teaspoon salt
  12. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (Haldi)
  13. 4 tablespoon chili powder
  14. 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  15. 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  16. 12 teaspoon garam masala powder

How to make Aloo Keema Recipe?

  • Chop the onion and cook it in oil until light brown.
  • Cook on medium heat until the water has almost completely evaporated.Add the minced meat mix and dry the water again.
