For the dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
For the filling:
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions:
To make the dough, combine the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Slowly add the water, stirring with a wooden spoon or your hands, until the dough comes together. The dough should be smooth and elastic after 5 to 10 minutes of kneading.. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set it aside to rest for 30 minutes.
