1 kilogramme of chicken,

How to Make Chicken Kabuli Pulao:

Step 1: In a pot, heat 4 tablespoons of oil. Add the carrot. Fry it for 4 minutes while stirring. Remove it from the pot. Step 2: Add the raisins. Fry them just a little. Step 3: Add the almonds and mix well.Fry them just a little. Step 1: Take the pot off the heat.

 Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and fry it until it turns golden brown. Now add the chicken and stir it until it turns white.Include the salt and stir it again. Add the 2 cups of water and stir it again. Cover the pot and cook it for 10 minutes.

Next, remove the lid, swirl the contents, add the rice and 2 cups of water, and give it a quick stir before cooking/drying the rice at a high temperature without the lid. When the water has completely dried out, add the garam masala powder, carrot, raisins, and almonds. Put the lid on and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
