I typically make a traditional boiled egg sandwich for breakfast, sometimes toasting it and other times not.

Egg Masala Sandwich Ingredients:

  • 5 boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 tomato, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped).
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Season with salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Green Chutney
  • 2 tablespoons Red Chutney

How to make the Egg Masala Sandwich Recipe:

  1. First, heat the oil in the pan, then add the cumin, onion, and ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a while.
  2. Mix well after adding the salt, coriander powder, black pepper, and red and green chiles.
  3. Turn off the heat, and then add in the chopped, boiled eggs.
  4. Take two bread slices and top them with butter and green chutney. Top with the egg mixture after spreading a layer of red chutney.
  5. Put it on a different piece of bread, heat a pan over a gas flame, add butter, and fry the sandwich on both sides until crispy.
