Filipino Sisig Recipe

Filipino Sisig Recipe:

In the Philippines’ culinary capital of Pampanga, Filipino Sisig Recipe is a well-known appetizer (pulutan) turned main dish. Lucia Cunanan, commonly known as Aling Lucing, created this dish (she is also known as the sisig queen).

Filipino Sisig Recipe

The original sisig recipe calls for considerable amounts of chicken liver to be combined with chopped pigs’ ears and face, including the nose. Today, sisig can be made in a huge variety of ways, from the traditional pigs face (maskara) ingredient to a healthier seafood dish made with squid, tuna, milk fish (bangus), and mussels.

This delicious dish is available at a number of cafés and restaurants (carinderia). I am aware that each of us has a favorite sisig restaurant  but it is still beneficial to learn how to prepare one.You should give this tasty sisig recipe a try and let me know what you think.
