German Hamburger recipe:
The original German hamburger is served with steamed string beans, lettuce, and these flattened meatballs. I enjoy making Swedish meatballs using this recipe as well. I learned how to make them from my aunt in Hamburg, Germany, and I’ve been doing it ever since. Serve alongside a tossed salad and cooked string beans.
Alternately, serve on a Kaiser roll with curry ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickled cucumbers, and deep-fried onions that have been thinly sliced. These hamburgers are not only simple to make, but they also taste authentically German, especially when they are made with Kaiser rolls rather than bread crumbs.
These are either referred to as buletten or frikadellen, depending on where in Germany you come from. They are typically fried, but they can also be broiled, grilled, or done on the BBQ.

Neapolitan Pizza Recipe

- 13 lb. ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Hungarian hot paprika (optional)

Directions:
Step 1:
In a basin of water, soak the Kaiser roll for ten minutes. Crumble in a big dish after draining and wringing away extra water.
Step 2:
Blend the crumbled roll thoroughly with the meat, pork, onion, parsley, egg, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Form meat into substantial, flattened meatballs.
Step 3:
Preheat a sizable nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the meatballs for about 5 minutes on each side, or until browned and no longer pink in the center.
Japanese Sushi Rolls
NOTES/HINTS:
- To the meat mixture, add 1/4 cup of ketchup, BBQ sauce, or mustard.
- Add 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese cubes to the meat mixture.
- To pick your favorite seasoning, try out a few. “Montreal Steak Spice” is a favorite of mine.
- I favor using lean ground beef myself. You can choose to utilize a conventional grind or a combination of beef, pork, and veal.
- The recipe is simple to multiply by two and three.
- Additionally, these can be grilled on a BBQ for 6 minutes on each side, or until done.
