Homemade Cake Recipe:
This homemade cake recipe is very simple and easy to make that you can easily make it at home with perfection. It is a very light diet you can enjoy with tea at your home.
- 3 cup all purpose flour
- 4 egg
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
Step 1: Combine the butter, sugar, and eggs to form a creamed mixture.
A homemade sponge cake has never been so simple to make. Butter and sugar are first combined. Using a manual whisker or a fork, whisk thoroughly until the mixture is light and fluffy. After that, blend well while adding the beaten eggs. Continue beating until the mixture becomes creamy and white.
Step 2: Mix the flour mixture with the beaten eggs.
Sift the baking soda and all-purpose flour together. To equally disperse the baking soda in the flour, this is done. Add this gradually to the egg mixture. If additional milk is needed, add it and continue mixing until the batter is light and airy. If you think your cake’s consistency is perfect and it pours down like canned condensed milk, you may not add all the milk. Blend in the vanilla essence. Vanilla essence is used to mask the scent of the eggs and enhance the cake’s flavor.
Step 3: Prepare the cake for baking as needed.
Take a baking pan and grease it thoroughly with butter or cooking spray before you begin baking the cake in it. And finally, sift some maida or all-purpose flour over it. The cake won’t adhere to the plate because of it. Butter paper can also used to line it, making it easier to remove the cake after baking. In a pressure cooker, place the prepared cake batter in the prepared pan and set it on a stand. The cooker should not be filled with water, and the tin should not contact the cooker’s base.
Step 4: Check to see if it is cooked with a knife or skewer and then serve.
If you insert a metal skewer or knife into the cake and it comes out clean, the cake is done. Take out and let cool on a wire rack after cooking in the oven or cooker. This cooling procedure is carried out to prevent cake breakdown and ensure that it emerges neatly. To remove the cake, invert the cake tin once it has cooled sufficiently. The butter paper can also used to lift the cake off, but doing so quickly and carefully is necessary to avoid damaging the cake.
Step 5: Making whipping cream
A mixing bowl, some heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and an electric mixer are all you need to make homemade whipping cream for a cake. Take the bowl and fill it with vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and heavy whipping cream. Combine them all at a medium-high speed. It is important to keep in mind that this not overdone. You may have overwhipped the cream if the finished product gritty and curdled. In a few minutes, say two to three minutes, the soft whipping cream will finish.
