His Easy  Italian Tuscan Chicken Recipe is a flavorful, one-pan, creamy dish that takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. You can feed the family with this naturally low-carb chicken meal or with pasta.

This quick and simple chicken recipe doesn’t call for complicated ingredients. While still being elegant enough to offer to guests, it’s easy enough for a weeknight supper. I start with a pre-made Alfredo sauce in this recipe as a time-saving measure. A flavor can be easily added to the creamy foundation.



  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper fresh ground 
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jar sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  1. Olive oil is heated over medium heat in a sizable 12-inch skillet.
  2. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts before adding them to the hot skillet.
  3. Garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian spice, and cheese should all be mixed together in a sizable bowl with the Alfredo sauce.

  4. Lower the heat to a low setting after the chicken has browned, then pour the sauce over it. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes, stirring to ensure even cooking. Then, cover the skillet.
  5. With as much pressure as you can, add the spinach to the skillet and press it into the sauce. The spinach should  wilted after an additional 5 minutes of cooking under cover.
  6. Serve after giving everything a good stir.
