  • ½ pound Korean dang myun noodles
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 2 carrots
  • ½ pound asparagus
  • 3 green onions cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ cup dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sesame oil

Step 1:

Lightly salted water should be added to a big saucepan and heated to a rolling boil. When the water is boiling, add the dang myun noodles and bring the water back to a boil.
