KOREAN BIBIMBAP( RICE BOWL WITH BEEF AND VEGETABLE):
A large variety of veggies, marinated beef, a fried egg, and a deliciously hot sauce make up the Korean rice bowl known as Korean Bibimbap( RICE BOWL WITH BEEF AND VEGETABLE). I added my own twist to this recipe to make it quicker and easier to prepare, making it ideal for any night of the week.
Actual definition of bibimbap: rice with mixed vegetables and meat. Typically, it comes with a variety of prepared veggies that are all served individually, marinated beef that is occasionally given raw, a fried or raw egg on top, or just a raw yolk, and a delectable bibimbap sauce.Because, as I said, each item is cooked separately, this recipe can take a lot of time to prepare. However, I tried to put my own twist on it by cooking the majority of the vegetables simultaneously.
▢4 cups cooked white rice
▢2 tsp black and white sesame seeds
▢8 ounces beef tenderloin
▢2 cloves minced garlic
▢soy sauce1 tablespoon
▢1 tbsp honey
▢2 tbsp sesame oil
▢1 teaspoon sesame Vegetables seeds
▢1 large zucchini
▢8 ounces shiitake mushrooms
▢1 red bell pepper
▢2 cups bean sprouts
▢6 cloves garlic
▢1 large carrot
▢8 ounces spinach
▢6 tbsp sesame oil
▢1½ teaspoons salt
▢¼ cup Korean chili paste
▢2 tbsp sesame oil
▢2 tbsp honey
▢3 tbsp water
▢2 tbsp rice vinegar
▢two tbsp soy sauce
▢2 cloves garlic
Turn on the 450°F setting on your oven. Put parchment paper on a baking pan to line it.
Sauce for Bibimbap
In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients for the bibimbap sauce and put aside.
Beef is seasoned
In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the meat by mixing everything thoroughly.
- Add the bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, and carrots on the baking . Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, and 4 teaspoons sesame oil. Toss everything together, then put the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes to roast the vegetables until they are tender.
- A clean skillet over medium-high heat should be used to warm 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Saute the spinach in the skillet for about a minute, or until it begins to wilt. 12 teaspoon minced garlic and 14 teaspoon salt should be added. After thoroughly mixing everything, transfer to a big dish.
- Blanche the bean sprouts in boiling water for 5 minutes before being drained under cool water. They should be combined with a teaspoon of sesame oil in a bowl.
Cooking the meat:
Meat Heat Cook In a big skillet over high heat, add two teaspoons of sesame oil. The beef should start to brown a little after 3 to 4 minutes of cooking in the skillet.
Put together bowls
With runny yolks preferred, fry eggs in a skillet to your preferences.
Bowls should first contain heated rice before adding meat, vegetables, and eggs.
Add more sesame oil and sesame seeds as a finishing touch. Add Bibimbap sauce before serving.
