Mango Chili Chicken Recipe

The Ingredients of Mango Chili Chicken:

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast (cubed)

  • 1/4 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  • 2 green chilies (slit)

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

  • red chili sauce to taste
  • vinegar taste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

How to make Mango Chili Chicken:

  1. Coat the cubes of boneless chicken first before starting the process. To make this, get a bowl and combine the all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper, and ginger-garlic paste. Cubed chicken should be added to the bowl and well coated with the flour mixture. Put aside
  2. In the meantime, heat a frying pan with oil in it. After that, drop the chicken pieces in the pan and cook them till crisp and golden. Please take note: you can twice fry the chicken pieces for even more crispy results.
  3. The sauce will now be prepared. In a separate skillet, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Garlic and green chilies should also be chopped and cooked for a little while.
  4.  On high heat for a minute after adding the diced onion and the cubed mixed bell peppers,
  5. Add the vinegar, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce (optional), red chili sauce, and 12 teaspoons of ground black pepper to the wok at this point.
  6.  To make a slurry, combine cornstarch with 1/2 cup water, then add it to the wok. Cook until the sauce thickens and the cornstarch is cooked through, about one minute. Whenever needed, add more water.
  7. Include the fried chicken and the mango pulp, and combine them.
  8. Cook for a couple of minutes.
