1 liter (Rabri)

1 liter (Kheer)

1/2 cup Khoya/Mawa

Rice, 1/4 cup (soaked)

Sugar, 1/2 Cup

1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Pistachios 2 tbsp (Chopped)

2 tbsp chopped almond

Kewra Essence 1/4 tsp

How to make a Rabri kheer recipe?

Step 1. (Preparation of Rabri) 1 liter of milk should be added to a pot, boiled, and then cooked for 20 to 25 minutes on a medium to low flame while separating the malai from the milk after each boil. Your rabri is now ready. (Watch the recipe video for a thorough understanding.) Rest it now until it reaches room temperature.

Step 2: (Kheer Preparation)In a pot, combine 1 liter of milk with the soaked rice, bring to a boil, stir, and cook for 30 minutes over a medium-low temperature. Combine the rice and milk , add the green cardamom powder, stir, add the almonds and pistachios, stir again, and then add the sugar. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes over a medium-low flame while stirring. Then add the Khoya/Mawa, stir it, extinguish the flame, and add the Kewra Essence. Kheer is ready.

Step 3: Proceed to gather all of the rabri from the pot’s edges, stir it, and then add it to the kheer pot to combine with the kheer (kheer should not be too hot at this time). It’s time for your rabri kheer. Serve it now with pistachios and almonds.
