▢1 Tablespoon olive oil
▢¼ teaspoon salt
▢⅛ teaspoon black pepper
▢¼ teaspoon cumin
▢½ teaspoon smoked paprika
▢¼ teaspoon garlic powder
▢½ teaspoon chili powder
▢1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Turn the oven on at 430 degrees.
- Chickpeas should be rinsed and drained before drying on paper towels. To help with moisture removal, pat chickpeas with paper towels. The clear “skins” on chickpeas will become more pliable as a result; you can choose to discard them.
